Wilma L Foster

Wilma L. Foster, 95, of Belleville, IL, formerly of Rombauer, MO, died January 3, 2019 in Belleville.  She was born July 17, 1923 in Rombauer, MO to the late Paul Emerson and Virgie Hasting Emerson.  She was of the Baptist faith.

Wilma married Albert Foster Dec 31, 1937 in Poplar Bluff, MO.  Mr. Foster preceded her in death Feb 2, 1995.

She was a homemaker.  She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles.

She is survived by one son, Harold Foster of Millstadt, IL; one daughter, Virginia Buklad of Belleville, IL; 14 grandchildren, 12 great grand children, 13 great-great grandchildren; and 1 great-great-great grandchild.  Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one son, John Foster.

Visitation will be January 10, 2019 at 11:00 AM followed by the funeral service at 12:00 noon at Rombauer General Baptist Church.  Rev. Jim Schremp will officiate.  Burial will be in Rombauer Cemetery.  Arrangements have been made through Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home.
