Sharon Sue Eyre

Sharon Sue Eyre, 66, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at The Manor Nursing Home in Poplar Bluff.

Sharon was born January 13, 1958, in St. Louis, Missouri to Jesse Franklin Drake and Alberta Fay Vest.

She enjoyed playing solitaire, pop-it, and cribbage. She also had a great love for spending time outdoors in her younger years to go fishing, swimming and doing yard work with her daughters. She loved all animals, especially her cats. Spreading laughter and love to her family and friends was her most favorite thing of all.

Sharon is survived by one step-son, Scott Eyre of Poplar Bluff; two daughters, Shawna (John Grillo) Polk of Ellington and Tiger (Kyle) Wilder of Naylor; four brothers, Michael Drake, Steve Drake, Thomas Drake, and John Drake; two grandchildren, Onyx Polk, and Lillian Wilder.   Sharon was proceeded in death by her father Jesse Drake; her mother, Alberta Fay and step father, Carl Gove Pritchett; one brother Richard Drake; one sister: Laura Drake; and one grandchild: Thaine Julian.  A host of family and friends also survive.
