Rufus Repolia Robinson

Rufus Repolia Robinson, Jr, 76, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at Brent B. Tinnin Nursing Center.

Rufus was born September 29, 1947, in Dallas, Texas, to Rufus Repolia Robinson, Sr. and Thelma (Littlejohn) Robinson.

Rufus loved the Lord.  He enjoyed singing, to dance, tell his stories to anyone that would listen.  He loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren.  Rufus was especially proud to be a Veteran of the United States Army.

Rufus is survived by two sons:  Repolia Keith Robinson, Sr. of Chicago, Illinois and Kelly Antwuan Robinson, Poplar Bluff; three daughters: Anissa Danyelle Robinson of Broseley, Carla Worthington of St. Paul, Minnesota, and Cordia Thomas of St. Louis; nineteen grandchildren; and twenty-two great grandchildren.  Rufus was preceded in death by his parents: Rufus and Thelma Robinson and one brother Danny Ray Robinson; his stepfather: MJ Gladney.  A host of family and friends also survive.
