Roy George Mureno, Jr.

Roy George Mureno, Jr, 60, of Mount Vernon, WA, died Friday, December 27, 2019.  He was born November 3, 1959 in Poplar Bluff to the late Roy George Mureno, Sr. and Gertrude (Mollahan) Mureno.  He was of the Catholic faith.  He was an auto sales manager.  In high school, he enjoyed being on the football and wrestling teams.  He graduated class of 1978.

Surviving are two daughters, Ashley and Brittney Mureno of Sedro Woolley, WA; two brothers, Tom Mureno of Longview, TX and John Mureno of Poplar Bluff, MO; two sisters, Angie Norwood of Poplar Bluff and Amanda Leake of Florida.  Roy was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be from 5-7 PM, Thursday, January 9 at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home Chapel in Poplar Bluff.  The funeral service will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 11 AM.  Interment will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery of Poplar Bluff.  Father Daniel Robles will officiate.
