Robin Alan Ganus

Robin Alan Ganus, 64, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

He was born February 11, 1960, in Rockford, Illinois, to James Eugene Ganus and Genny (Jackson) Crabb.

He enjoyed telling stories to anyone that would listen, he was a jokester, he enjoyed going fishing, collecting shoes and watches, and eating cheeseburgers.  Robin lived the last several years in Joplin but came to Southeast Missouri to spend what time he had left with his daughters.

Robin is survived by his three daughters, Shannon (Jeff) Schrader of Sturdivant, Jennifer Vollet of Poplar Bluff, and A.J. (Shell) Elvin of Ohio; one brother Ronnie Ganus; three sisters, Deborah McGovern, Lisa Enna, and Donna Ganus; four grandchildren, Ashley, Bryce, Jaylynn, and Kamryn.  Robin is preceded in death by his father James Ganus; his mother and stepfather, Genny and Willis Crabb; and one brother, Donnie Ganus; Phillip McGovern.  A host of family and friends survive.

There is no funeral services scheduled at this time.  Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home is assisting with all arrangements.
