Robert Tieman, 64, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died Wednesday October 21, 2015 at his residence. He was born October 28, 1950 to to Wilburt Roy Tieman and Anna Lee Robertson Tieman. He was a carpenter before retiring. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
