Norma (Hall) Huff, 80, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2024, at Mark Twain Nursing Home of Poplar Bluff.
Norma was born April 15, 1944, in Clinton, Missouri, to Hadley Hall and Helen (Horn) Hall.
She was a long-time resident of Poplar Bluff. Norma enjoyed raising dogs, playing music, going shopping. She loved to spend time with her family and friends. Norm was one of the first home health nurses in Butler County. She worked for 28 years as an LPN at John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.
Norman is survived by her son, David Huff of Poplar Bluff; her daughter, Katherine Capps of Berrien Springs, Michigan; one sister, Nina Star of St. Louis; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hadley and Helen Hall; her husband, Raymond Huff; one brother, John Hall; and one grandson, Aaron Capps. A host of family and friends also survive.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be at 11:30 a.m. May 15, 2024, at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Chapel with Pastor Anthony Rudolf officiating. Interment will be held at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield at 2 p.m. Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
