Norma Jean Ezell

Norma J. Ezell, 84, of Dexter, formerly of Poplar Bluff, Mo., died Monday, Feb. 17, 2014 in Springfield, Mo. She was born Sept. 14, 1929 in St. Louis, Mo. She was a member of First Baptist Church of manager from Libson and Jean Marie's. She enjoyed reading her bible and watching TV. July 2, 1947, she married Thomas Ezell. He preceded her in death Feb. 24, 1989. July 18, 1997 she married Curtis Lowery. He preceded her in death July 1, 2010. Surviving are two sons, Larry D. Ezell (Loretta) of Poplar Bluff, Mo. and Doug Ezell (Glenna) of Springfield, Mo.; one sister Maxine Lambert of Pontiac, Il.; eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Also preceding her in death were her parents Walter Trotter and Mamie Richardson Trotter, and two sons, Thomas M. Ezell, and Dennis G. Ezell Visitation will be at 10:00 A.M. Saturday at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home Chapel, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 A.M. internment will be in Shiloh Cemetery at Grandin, Mo. The Rev. Doug Osborn will officiate. The family request that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the Shiloh Cemetery c/o Grandin Bank Grandin , Mo.
