was born October 16, 1931 in Butler County, and was a lifetime resident. She was married to S. B. Crowell March 8, 1952 in Piggott, Ar. He Norma was a member of the Qulin Church of Christ. She was a homemaker who enjoyed painting, crocheting, yard sales, and quilting. She is survived by two sons, Douglas E. Crowell of Casseyville, Il. and Vincent W. Crowell of Hawk Point, Mo.; two daughters, Kimberly G. Hopkins of Poplar Bluff, and Cindy D. Carr of Ellwood City, Penn.; one sister, Betty L. Kittinger of Owensbourgh, Ky.; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents, Osie Ola Decker and Levna Fay Toms Decker, two brothers, Donald D. Decker, Elvis B. Decker and one sister, Stella M. Corder. Visitation will be at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon. The funeral service will follow at 12:00 noon with Bro. Wayne Curry officiating. Burial will be at Browns Chapel Cemetery
