Michael Gene Osborn

Michael Gene Osborn, 64, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away Sunday, November. 6, 2022, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

He was born March 8, 1958, in Litchfield, Illinois, to the late David Lee and Virginia (Hodges) Osborn.

Michael was a long-time resident of Litchfield, Illinois, before moving to Poplar Bluff.  He was a member of the Moose Club in Litchfield for many years and a member of the Viking 72 neighborhood bar; he loved being a truck driver and remained accident-free during his entire 46-year career.

Michael is survived by two daughters:  Laura Beierman of San Diego, California, and Cathy Osborn of Girard, Illinois; one brother:  David (Vicky) Osborn Jr. of Springfield, Illinois; two sisters: Diane (Terry) Bolton and Mary (Matt) Gates of Virginia; five grandchildren:  Elizabeth, Joey, Matt, Tim and Zack, and six great-grandchildren.   In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one grandson, Jeffery Masters.
