Mary Bond

Mary F. Bond, 87, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died Thursday, April 24, Eaker and Leana B. Golden Eaker in Malden, Mo. She was a long time resident of Poplar Bluff, Mo. She was of the Baptist faith. April 16, 1961, she married Marvin I. Bond. He preceded her in death. Mary was a home maker who enjoyed playing bingo, crafts, and crocheting. She is survived by one daughter, Jane Marie Toone of Shawnee, Ok.; one brother, Carl D. Eaker of St. Peters, Mo.; two sisters, Pat A. McClure and Peggy Hodge, both of Poplar Bluff; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Also preceding her in death were two brothers, James H. Eaker and Harold D. Eaker. Visitation will be 12 P.M. to 1 P.M. Saturday, April 28, 2014 at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Chapel. A graveside service will be at City Cemetery at 1 P.M. Rev. Jim Hoyt will officiate.
