Marjorie E. White, 90, of Poplar Bluff, MO, died Saturday, November 30, 2019. She was born on November 24, 1929 in Clay County, Arkansas to the late Floyd Forrest and Mirtie (Shackleford) Forrest. She was of the Baptist faith and a long time resident of Scott and Butler Counties.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing and crafts.
Surviving are three sons, James Holloway of Sherman, TX, Ray Holloway of Stanton, MI, and Lloyd Holloway of Wyomissing, PA; five daughters, Sue Kemp and Gail Mahan, both of Cape Girardeau, MO, Shirley Bullock and Barbara Vincent, both of Poplar Bluff and Jennifer Hodge of Colorado Springs, CO. Also thirteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be from 10-11 AM on Tuesday, December 3 at the Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home Chapel in Poplar Bluff. The funeral service will follow at 11 AM. Interment will be at Memorial Gardens of Poplar Bluff. Mr. Jerry Hillis will officiate.
