Lorene Tinker

Lorene Tinker, 88, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Westwood Hills Caring Center. She was born Feb. 8, 1927 to the late Matthew Walton and Elsie Stoker Walton. Lorene was a life time resident of Poplar Bluff, Mo. Before retiring she was a self employed hairdresser. She enjoyed making quilts and was a member of the Cane Creek Community Club. She is survived by three sons, Ed Tinker of Cypress, Tx., Ron Tinker of Spring, Tx., and Larry Tinker of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; two brothers, Mel Walton of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Clint Walton of Mo.; three sisters, Brenda Callow, JoAnn English, and Wanda Joyce all of Illinois, and one grandson, Allen Tinker of Sabinol, Tx. A private family memorial will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home.
