Shauna Marie Batson, 63, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died April 25, 2019 at her residence.  She was born January 14, 1956 in Taylorville, Il. to the late Kenneth Jones and Lela
Marquerite Lane Jones.  She was a long time resident of Poplar Bluff.  She was a member of the Westwood Baptist Church.

Shauna was a homemaker who enjoyed being with her children and grandchildren.  She also enjoyed music, walking, and reading.

She is survived by two sons; Zachary Edington of Poplar Bluff and William Bill Batson IV of Fort Lauderdale, Fl.; one daughter, Shaundi Susan  Batson of Fort Lauderdale, Fl.; three brothers, Gary Lee Jones of St. Louis, Mo., Micheal Jones of Las Vegas, Nv., and Billy Jones of Shelbyville, Il.; five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at Westwood Baptist Church 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 4, 2019.  Rev. David Myers will officiate.  Arrangements  are through Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home.  The family request that memorials be made to Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home.
