Kim Marie (Brown) Vanroyen

Kim Marie VanRoyen, 56, Coffeyville, Kansas, passed away December 18, 2022, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Kim was born April 4, 1966, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Melvin and Sandra (Seger) Brown.

She married Brent VanRoyen on August 6, 2005, in Cherryvale, Kansas.

She was of the Church of Christ faith.   Kim loved her children and grandchildren with all her heart.  She loved animals especially roosters and monkeys, reading, painting and doing crafts.

Kim is survived by her husband Brent VanRoyen; her mother and step father Sandra (Jack) Brown-Cunningham; two sons:  J.C. Mayberry and Jacob VanRoyen; two daughters:  Amanda (Matt Corn) Mayberry and Cori (Dustin) Edington; three brothers:  Scott (Cathy) Brown, David (Teresa) Brown and Glenn ( Julie) Brown; one sister:  Donna (Mark) Ellis; eleven grandchildren: Jonny, Sadie, Riley, Mason, Copelynn, Ashlyn, Cooper, Noah, Kinley, Milo and Gracyn; her God Daughter: Savanna Brown; nephew Jamie Fedak; and numerous family and friends.  She is preceded in death by her father Melvin Brown and nephew Matthew Fedak.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday Jan. 7, 2023, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Vinyard Hillcrest Funeral Home at 9115 Commercial Avenue, Pevely, MO.

Celebration of Life will also be held on Saturday Jan. 14, 2023, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at 850 South Liberty Street, Cherryvale, KS with Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home assisting with all arrangements.
