Kathren R. Minchew

Kathren R. Minchew, 83, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2015, at her residence. She was born Dec. 15,1932 in Harviell, Mo. to the late Harve Pigg and Ida May Patterson Pigg. Kathren was of the Baptist faith. She married Bill Minchew July 6, 1948 in Selma, Calif. He preceded her in death Dec. 23, 1996. Kathren worked as a machinist before retiring. She enjoyed making quilts, embroidery, reading her Bible, and being with family and friends. She is survived by two sons, Billy Minchew of Ontario, Calif. and Michael Minchew of Calimesa, Calif.; two daughters, Marsha Warren and Sandra Warren both of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; 28 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
