John D. Stovall

John D. Stovall, 43, of Oran, Mo., died Saturday, May 28, 2016, at his residence. He was born April 9, 1973 in Poplar Bluff, Mo. to Janet Rough Stovall and the late Danny Stovall. He had been a long time resident of Poplar Bluff. John was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of Cape Girardeau, Mo. He was an over the road truck driver. He enjoyed AMTGARD (Mid-Evil Re-enactments) Besides his mother he is survived by one daughter, Emily Stovall of Chehalis, Wash. A memorial service will be at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Chapel. Rev. Darrell Faire, Sr. will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 106 Ferrar, Suite 104, Cape Girardeau, Mo. 63701, or to the First Pentecost Church in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
