Joan M. Milligan

Joan M. Milligan, 56, of the Poplar Bluff and Williamsville area, died Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011 at her residence. Ms. Milligan was born July 29, 1954 in Harvey, Ill. She was the General Manager for the Poplar Bluff Pizza Hut. She enjoyed her dogs and collecting arrowheads. She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Salamone; one brother, Michael Salamone; and one son, Leon Keith Milligan. Survivors include mother, Gloria Banse of Poplar Bluff; one son, Layron Milligan and his girlfriend Gisela Marie Jones of Poplar Bluff; one sister Jackie Bailey and husband Clinton of Poplar Bluff; one sister-in-law, Rockie Salamone of Poplar Bluff; one niece, Nikki Salamone and two nephews, Joe Salamone and Mikey Bailey all of Poplar Bluff.
