Jerry Lee Hill Jr.

Jerry Lee Hill, Jr., age 59, of Naylor, MO, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2022, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. He was born December 7, 1962, to Jerry Lee Hill Sr. and Evelyn Louise (Davis) Hill. His father preceded him in death.

Jerry was self-employed in construction and a member of Stringtown Baptist Church. He was a longtime resident of Poplar Bluff who loved fishing, Cardinals baseball, kayaking, rescuing puppies, spending time with his family and kids, and helping others.

He is survived by his wife, Starlena (Summers) Hill, and Two daughters: Danielle Lee Hill, Mattoon, IL, Dawn Marie Hill, Poplar Bluff, MO. One son: Jerry Lee Hill, III, New York. Stepsons: Matthew Golliday, Malden, MO; Eli Parrish and Adam Parrish, both of Naylor, MO.

Brother: Roger Allen Hill, Poplar Bluff. Sisters: Annette Luke, Williamsville, MO; Christina Lowe Carter, Union, MO; Mary Burkeen, Poplar Bluff.

Grandchildren: Spencer M. Gregg, Evan L. Gregg, and Jamison J. Shupe, all of Mattoon, IL. As well as many bonus grandchildren.

A graveside service will be Saturday, June 25, 2022, at 11 AM, at Bay Springs Cemetery.
