Jerrick Savoy Raney

Jerrick Raney, 51, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away at his home, Sunday, March 23, 2025.

He was born August 10, 1973, in Poplar Bluff, MO to Harrison Raney and Franchell (Ellis) Turner.

Mr. Raney was a beloved father, brother, grandfather, and friend. Besides spending time with his family, he enjoyed playing fantasy football. He took pride in picking his team and having the title of multiple time fantasy football CHAMP. He loved spending time by the water in Tacoma Washington, studying his bible and visiting with his family and friends.

He had many careers and ventures in his life including, Notary, clothing design and business owner.

Mr. Raney is survived by his daughter; Princess Eskridge, grandchildren; Kaytense Brown, Annalise Currie, and Rashad Marshall, Sisters; Joyce McDonald, Carolyn Curney, Laura Williford, Margret Moss, Cheryl Williams, brothers; Anthony Williams, Terry Green, Henry Raney, Hurley Raney, and Levi Anders. He was preceded in death by his parents. And, his siblings; Sarah Miller, Felicia Miller-Peterson, Bettye Sample, and Henry Miller.

Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2025, at Poplar Bluff City Cemetery.  Fitch- Hillis Funeral Home is assisting with all funeral arrangements
