Jeanine Lynn (Bailey) Mathias

Jeanine Lynn Mathias, 64, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family.

Jeanine was born June 4, 1960, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, to William Bailey and Shirley (Samuel) Bailey.

She was a life-time resident of Poplar Bluff.  Jeanine enjoyed spending time on Curren river with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Jeanine is survived by her parents; Bill and Shirley Bailey; two sons, Adam (Ashley) Mathias of Fisk, and Jared (Janelle) Mathias of Fairdealing; one brother, William Bailey of Poplar Bluff; and ten grandchildren.  A host of family and friends also survive.

Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 8, 2025, in Fitch-Hillis Funeral Chapel.  Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 8, 2025, in Fitch-Hillis Funeral Chapel with Pastor Adam Mathias officiating.  Interment will follow funeral service at City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.  Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home is assisting with all arrangements.
