Jackie Dale Cunningham

Jackie Dale Cunningham, 83, of Wappapello, Missouri, passed away Sunday, March, 16, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on July 22, 1941, in Parma, Missouri, to Charles Cunningham and Pearl (Reynolds) Cunningham.  On March 23, 2002, Jack married Sandra Seger Brown, in Wappapello.

Jack enjoyed fishing, playing golf, working in his yard, watching birds, he loved to watch old western movies.  Jack especially loved spending time with his family, friends, and his dog Buddy.

Jack is survived by his loving wife, Sandy Cunningham; four sons, Jack (Amy) Cunningham, Scott (Cathy) Brown, David (Teresa) Brown, and Glenn (Julie) Brown; two daughters, DaLeene Cunningham, and Donna (Mark) Ellis; one son-in-law, Brent VanRoyan; twenty-one grandchildren; ten step grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Pearl Cunningham; one daughter, Kim VanRoyan; four brothers, Arch Cunningham, Paul “Bud” Cunningham, Joe Cunningham, and Bill Cunningham; and four sisters, Blanche Adams, Lillian Burnett, Normalene “Toots” Hart, and Catherine Cunningham.  A host of family and friends survive.

Celebration of Life will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Chapel.  Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home is assisting with all arrangements.
