Gladys Paulette (Smith) Hardin

Gladys Paulette Hardin, 73, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2024, in her home.

Paulette was born May 1, 1951, in Michigan, Indiana, to Arthur Smith and Josie Nadine Chesser.

She was of the Baptist faith and a longtime resident of Poplar Bluff.  Paulette enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, watching TV, and taking care of her house plants.  She loved animals especially her dog Lulu.  She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Paulette is survived by two sons, Bob (Joanne) McIntosh of Poplar Bluff, and Jeremy McIntosh of Bonne Terre, Missouri; two daughters, Heather (Freddie) Case and Christina (Rob) Schwartz both of Poplar Bluff; two brothers, Ed Smith of Augusta, Georgia and Mike Smith of Poplar Bluff; twelve grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.  Paulette was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Josie Smith; and one brother Roger Smith.  A host of family and friends also survive.

No funeral services are scheduled at this time.  Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home of Poplar Bluff are assisting in all arrangements.
