Gerlene

was born Jan. 14, 1934 in Gideon, Mo. to the late Leslie Jordan and Lillian Winchester Jordan. She faithfully attended Bethel Assembly of God Church in Gideon for 42 years. She graduated Gideon High School in 1952. June 12, 1953 she married Randall Ray Schroyer at Parma, Mo. Gerlene is survived by three daughters, Debra Diane Holifield of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Donna Annettee Lewellen (Ken Lewellen) of Sapulpa, Ok., and Linda Kay Cowan ( John Cowan) of Springfield, Mo.; one sister, Mildred Masson of Maine; two brothers, Donald Ray Jordan of Gideon and Harold Joe Jordan of Jonesboro, Ar.; seven grandchildren, Amy Michelle Holifield, Stephanie Diane Walker ( Jordan Walker), Leah Dean Barr (Carl Barr), Matthew Corey Cowan (Jessica Cowan), Lindsay Cowan, LaSalle Lewellen, and Marshall Lewellen; six great grandchildren, Madisyn Wilburn Barr, Melanie Marie Barr, Morgan Barr, Jaxon William Walker, Cadence Cowan, and Smith Cowan; and many other family friends, and loved ones. Also preceding her in death by one sister, Betty Richardson of St. Louis and one brother, Alton Jordan of House Springs, Mo. A private burial will be at a later date.
