Denise Yvonne (Wiggins) Povilat

Denise Yvonne Povilat, 68, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away Monday, July 15, 2024, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Denise was born October 6, 1955, to Carl L. Wiggins and Betty L. (Taylor) Wiggins in St. Louis, Missouri.

She loved to watch old movies, read, loved to cook.  Denise loved to spend time with her family more than anything else.

Denise is survived by two sons: Aaron Povilat, of Poplar Bluff, and Robert (Elisha) Povilat, of Salem, Missouri; one daughter: Trieste (Keith) Miller of Malden; one brother: Carl Douglas (Bobbie) Wiggins of Cape Girardeau; one sister Debra (Daniel) Gilbert of Fort Payne, Alabama; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.  Denise was proceeded in death by her parents: Carl and Betty Wiggins; her partner of twenty years: Ron Hanby; and one brother Michael Wiggins.  A host of family and friends also survive Alma.

There are no service scheduled at this time.  Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home is assisting in all arrangements.
