Christopher John Wilmot

Christopher John Wilmot, 39, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

He was born January 22, 1984, in Portland, Maine to Dwaine Wilmot and Pamela (Brunelle) Cox.

Christopher enjoyed playing computer games, he liked to hike, kayak, fishing, he loved to play with his dog, he was a animal lover. Mostly Christopher loved to spend time with his family.

Christopher is survived by his father: Dwaine (Kat) Wimot of Dallas, Texas; his mother: Pam Cox of Poplar Bluff; one son: Austin Wilmot; two brothers: Dwaine (Samantha) Wilmot of Poplar Bluff and Chase Wilmot; two sisters: Ashley Wilmot and Brittany Gibson; several aunts and uncles: Angela Foss of Rome, Maine, Carol (Mark) Walker of Sidney, Maine, Betty (Dan) Wilson of Belgrade, Maine, Kathi Dunplissa of Massachusetts and Scott Bagley; several nieces and nephews. A host of family and friends also survive.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
