Bonita Clara Robertson

Bonita Clara Robertson, 91, of Cape Giraradeau, MO, formerly of Poplar Bluff, MO died March 16, 2019 at Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau, MO.  She was born April 10, 1927 in Harviell, MO to the late Frank Naylor Hudson and Mitti Ceanna Armstrong Hudson.  She was a long time resident of Poplar Bluff.  She was a member of the Lords Chapel Church.

Bonita married Cecil C. Robertson May of 1950 in Poplar Bluff.  He preceded her in death on Sept. 16, 1994.

She enjoyed the outdoors.

Bonita is survived by two sons, Edward Robertson of Cape Girardeau, MO and Joe Robertson of Ellisnore, MO; one grandson, Joseph Jody Henson and three great-grandchildren, Layla Henson, Holden Henson, and Hollis Henson all of Lake City, AR.

Besides her parents and husband, Bonita was preceded in death by one son, Carl Albert Robertson.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 11 AM at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home Chapel.  The funeral service will follow at 12 PM.  Burial will be at Black Creek Cemetery with Rev. Rowdy Boyers officiating.
