Bill James Kingery

William "Bill" J. Kingery,Sr. a long time resident of Poplar Bluff, Mo., died Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016. He was born in Poplar Bluff, Feb. 11, 1941 to the late Glen Kingery and Virginia Hanna Kingery. He married Laura Sue Kingery May 1, 1988. She preceded him in death. He was a self-employed plumber. He enjoyed working. Bill is survived by two sons, Billy Kingery Jr. of Dexter, Mo. and Dustin Kingery of Poplar Bluff; three daughters, Amy Ethridge of Poplar Bluff, Connie Kingery of Mount Ulla, N.C., and Elaina Kingery of Poplar Bluff; one sister, Mildred McCulley; and four grandchildren. Also a very special close friend and adoptive mother to his children, Helen Jordan. Visitation will be Monday at 9:30 A.M.at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral will follow at 11 A.M. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
