Anne M. Lux, 90, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died Sunday, June 12, 2016, at Mark Twain Caring Center. She was a long time resident of Poplar Bluff. She was born in Dyer County, Tenn. May 3, 1926 to the late Bud Wheeler and Lula Bishop Wheeler. She was a member of the First Christian Church. Anne was married to Arvil Lux. He preceded her in death March 21, 1991. Before retiring, she was a telephone operator for AT&T. She enjoyed gardening, music and dancing. Surviving are one son, James M. Lux (Suzy): and three daughters, Sherry Bullington (Dale), Carol Pinkston (Stanley), and Ginger Vincent (William Guy), all of Poplar Bluff; three sisters, Dorothy Brown of Millington, Tenn., Joyce Simmons, of Blythville, Ark., and Betty Fox of Caurthersville, Mo.; six grandchildren, Kenny Bullington, Christopher Bullington, Stacie Pinkston, Christopher Lux, Zachary Vincent, and Trenten Vincent; and nine great grandchildren, Mariah Bullington, Evan Bullington, Madison Smith, Ethan Smith, Audrey Smith, Alisah Dicken, Dyllon Lux, Hanna Bone, and Connor Bone. A visitation will be at 10 AM Thursday, at First Christian Church. The funeral will follow at 11 AM also at the church. The Rev. Frank Chlastek will officiate
