Anna Louise Manns

Anna Louise Manns, 79, a long time resident of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died July 1, 2019 at her residence.  She was born in Ellsinore, Mo. Sept. 8, 1939 to the late Dewey
Schaefer and Bertha Carnahan Schaefer.  She was of the Baptist faith.

Anna married Virgil Manns June 7, 1958 in Hernando, Miss.  He preceded her death March 16, 2008.

She work in food service for the Poplar Bluff R1 School District.  Anna enjoyed sewing and gardening.

Anna is survived by two daughters, Mary Davis ( Ralph) of Dearborn, Mo. and Carolyn Chronister ( Brian Glenn ) of Ellsinore, Mo.; five grandchildren and seven
great grandchildren.

Also preceding her in death were four sisters, Elode Morris, Zella Scott, Rosena Eudaley, and Alma Weatherford; and one brother James Schaefer.

Visitation will be Friday, July 5, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home Chapel.  The funeral service will follow at 11:00 A.M.  Rev. Jim Schremp will officiate.  Burial will be at City Cemetery.
