Alma Virigina Gray, 73, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2024, in her home surrounded by her loving family.
Alms was born February 2, 1951 in Puxico, Missouri, to Dawsey Hollis and Genevia (McGinley) Hollis.
She enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels while they played in her yard; she loved to watch westerns. Alma loved her dog Angel, and spending time with her family.
Alma is survived by two sons: Jerry (Chris) Cookson of Kansas and Robbie Gray of Malden; one daughter: Terri Cookson of Poplar Bluff; one daughter-in-law: Tanya Caudel; three sisters Rosie Hollis, Shirley Hollis, and Jeri Hollis; seven grandchildren Madison Cookson, Elijha Gray, Zoe Cookson, Kaitlyn Brinkley, Megan Hullinger, Mikki Elliot, and Terrance Lindberg. Alms was proceeded in death by her parents: Dawsey and Genevia Hollis. A host of family and friends also survive Alma.
