William (Bill) H. Vancil, 63, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died Tuesday,
March 3, 2015 at John J. Pershing Veterans Hospital.  He was
born October 18, 1951 to  Nadine Scheer and the late Norman
Vancil.  He was a long time resident of Poplar Bluff.
Bill was a nurses aid.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time
Besides his mother, he is survived by one son, Adam Berry of
Naylor, Mo.; one daughter, Autumn Vancil of Fremont, Mo. and
three grandchildren.
A visitation will be Tuesday, 10 AM at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Chapel
with the funeral service following at 11 AM.  Burial will be at the
Missouri State Veteran Cemetery at Bloomfield, Mo.
William (Bill) Vancil
Charlene Davidson, 84, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died March 13, 2015 at
Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.  She was born September 13,
1930 to the late Marvin Newman and Linda Sheppard Newman.  She
was a long time resident of Poplar Bluff.  She was a member of the
First United Methodist Church.  
She was married to Joe Davidson.  He survives
She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking.
Besides her husband, she is survived by  one son, David H. Davidson of
Poplar Bluff; two daughters, Sonia Joseph of Denver, Co.; Debbie Sue
Woodruff of St. Charles, Mo.; one brother Jerry Newman of Texas;
one sister Betty Williams of Texarkana, Tx,; five grandchildren and
three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at 11 AM, Tuesday at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Chapel
followed by a graveside service at 12 PM at City Cemetery.  The Rev.
David Stewart will officiate.  Memorials may be made to St. Judes
Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN

Jesse O. Anderson
Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.  He was born July 9, 1929 to
the late Perry Anderson and Harley Inman Anderson. He was a long
time resident of Poplar Bluff, Mo.
He married Ruth L. Brown May 23, 1949 in Piggott, AR.  She survives.
He served in the United States Army during the Korean War.  He was a
mechanic and truck driver.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and watching
Cardinal baseball and old westerns on TV.
Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, Donald Anderson (Mary
Ellen); one daughter, Janet Gilmore (Stanley); three grandsons, Kirk
Weatherford (Karla), Daniel Anderson (Stacey), Michael Anderson; 11
great grandchildren, Cara Holley, John Zigler, Colten Anderson, Bailey
Anderson, Matthew Anderson, Madison Anderson, Caleb Anderson,
Chace Anderson, Caden Anderson, Cason Anderson, Nicole
Weatherford and one great-great grandchild, Addilyn Holley all of
Poplar Bluff, Mo.
A visitation will be Wednesday at 10 AM in the Fitch-Hillis Funeral
Chapel followed by the funeral service at 11 AM.  The Rev. J.C.
Bryant will officiate.  Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery.
