Bobby Bilbrey, 72, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died Thursday
Dec. 4, 2014 at his residence.  He was born to the late
Clarence Bilbrey and Kathryn Vavak Bilbrey, March 6,
1942 in Poplar Bluff, Mo.  Bobby attended the Thousand
Hills Cowboy Church.
He married Geneva Barks on September 16, 1972 in Poplar
Bluff.  She survives.
Bobby was a self-employed auto mechanic.  He enjoyed
spending time with his family, fishing, and cooking on the
grill.
He is survived by two sons, James Bilbrey and Russell
Ainsworth, both of Poplar Bluff; two daughters, Debbie
Tinker of Poplar Bluff and Carol Bond of Staunton, Il.; one
brother, Elmer Bilbrey of Thomasville, Al.; one sister,
Marilyn Bopp of Cummings, Ga.; eight grandchildren and
one great grandchild.
There will be a visitation Tuesday, 4 P.M. at Thousand
Hills Cowboy Church, followed by a Celebration of Life
Service at 5 P.M.  Brother Kevin Murray will officiate.

Tony Tripp
Bobby Bilbrey
Tony R. Tripp, 59, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died Dec. 9,
2014.  He was born August 6, 1955 to the late Cecil Tripp
and Ann M. Randolph Tripp in St. Louis, Mo.
Tony was a telephone operator for a credit card company.
He is survived by two sons, Nathan Caldwell of Poplar
Kara Tripp of Poplar Bluff and Cherish Collins of Pacific,
Mo.; two brothers, Larry Eldridge and Toby Tripp both of
St. Louis, Mo.; and two grandchildren.
Geneva Winson
Geneva Winson, 97,  of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died Thursday,
1917  to the late Ira Montgomery and Laura Baker
Montgomery.  She was a long time resident of Poplar
Bluff.  She was a member of the Church of God.
Before retiring Geneva was the librarian for the Housing
authority.  She enjoyed doing ceramics.
She is survived by one son, Bob Manns of Poplar Bluff;
several nieces and nephews; three grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren.
Also preceding her in death was one brother,Dale
Montgomery.
Visitation will be Monday, 10 to 11 AM at Fitch-Hillis
Funeral Chapel followed by the funeral service at 11 AM.  
Rev. Calvin Bulher will officicate.  Burial will be in

Minnie Juanita Pope Arnold, 79, of San Jacinto, CA.,
2014.  She was born Dec. 17, 1934 in Dudley, Mo. to the
late Isom Lavern Pope and Cynthia Louise Cryts Pope.  
She was of the Protestant faith.  She was a long time
resident of the Poplar Bluff, Mo. area.
She retired after thirty years of nursing at the Lucy Lee
Hospital.  She enjoyed taking care of people.
She is survived by several cousins.
A funeral service will be Monday, 10 AM at Fitch-Hillis
Funeral Chapel.  Rev. Richard Triplett will officiate.  Burial
will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery
Minnie Arnold
Edna L. Wyatt,79, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. died Saturday,
December 20, 2014 in Poplar Bluff.  She was born March
5, 1935 in Dalton, Arkansas to the  late Benjamin and Ethel
Raney DuBois.  She was a long time resident of Poplar
Bluff.
Edna was a bartender.  She enjoyed cooking and serving
meals to friends.
She is survived by one son, Chuck Wyatt of Poplar Bluff;
two daughters, Denise Magruder of Poplar Bluff, Vicky
Floyd of Fenton, Mo.; three brothers, Roy DuBois and
Benjamin DuBois both of Piemont, Mo. and Darrell DuBois
of St. Louis, Mo.; two sisters, Jessie Helderman of St.
Louis and Dorothy Atwell of Ok.; 13 grandchildren and 20
great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday at 11:30 AM at Fitch-Hillis
Funeral Chapel followed by the funeral service at 1 PM.  
Burial will be at City Cemetery.
Edna L. Wyatt
Ida Mae Howell
Ida Mae Howell, 84, of Liberty, Texas, died Monday,
December 22, 2014 in Houston, Texas. She was born
September 25, 1930, in Buffalo, Mo. to the late Lane
Beckham and Carrie Opal Warren Beckham. She lived in
Liberty, Texas and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her two sons, Michael Howell of Moss
Bluff, Texas, and Robert Howell of Pasadena, Texas; one
daughter, Debbie Shane of Liberty, Texas; two brothers,
Gary Beckham of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Carl James Beckham
of Indiana; three sisters, Helen Batson of O’Fallon, Mo.,
Betty Davison of Leesburg, Mo. and Mildred Price of
LaPorte, Texas; and numerous grandchildren and great-
grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Amos
Howell; two sons, Larry Howell, and Danny Howell; a
grandson, William Thomas Downs II; three brothers, Gene
Beckham, Howard Beckham, and Ray Beckham; two half-
brothers, Big Carl Beckham, and Joe Beckham; and one
sister, Maxine Sliter.
Visitation is at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday followed by the
funeral service at 1:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel.   
The Rev. Everet Gunter will officiate.  Burial will be at City
Cemetery.
